Have you ever noticed that your energy changes through the different phases of your menstrual cycle? In one phase, you're feeling inspired and energetic, and in the next phase, you are quiet and reflective. What if these shifts in energy were a sign of an intelligent design moving through you? And, what if you courageously decided to honour this inner rhythm?
Today's episode is inspired by the intuitive guidance I received from my own cycle: to do in the yang side (follicular/ovulation phases) and to un-do on the yin side (luteal/menstruation). Easier said than done! But when we honour our energetic shifts through the cycle, we support our creativity, nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, happiness, and more.
